Who Can Participate?
All of college/university students can participate in the ISCONEX 2026 competition, whether they are Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate (Masters or PhD) students. Evidenced by a student card that was still active during registration.

When is the deadline?
Deadline abstract submission: 12th June 2026
Receiving LoA: 12th June 2026
Final Exhibition: 18th June 2026 -
What should I prepare?
Phase 1 Registration: Please do the registration in the ISCONEX website.
Phase 2 Administration Selection: Please wait, the committee will contact you soon after the Administration Selection is done.
Phase 3 Abstract Selection: We will contact you about your abstract, either it’s accepted or you need work on you abstract a little bit.
Phase 4 Grand Finals: Exhibition things (PPT/Prezi/Canva), video, laptop, poster, or anything that needed for exhibition.

How is ISTEC 2026 works?
ISCONEX 2026 has 4 phases: Phase 1 is Registration Phase 2 is Announcement Administration Selection Phase 3 is Announcement Abstract Selection Phase 4 is Grand Final/ Exhibition & Winners Announcements *For participant outside Java (Sumatera, Borneo, Bali, Sulawesi, Papua, etc) and international, surely can join virtually. You can either send your video presentation (google drive link) or online presentation and judging.

Will all the participants' works be published in journals?
Only participants who submit their full articles have the opportunity to have their work published in a journal, of course, with a selection or review process. Not all articles will be published in journals, only selected articles. In addition, works that we find interesting will be invited to be published in the journals we offer.
